This is an exciting and challenging position for an experienced BDM. The main purpose of this role is to generate sales, co-ordinate bids and identify new opportunities for our client. Based in North London.
LocationNorth London SalaryNegotiable Main Responsibilities- Lead the business development activities to ensure new business opportunities and relationships are developed with potential clients and stakeholders
- Produce and implement a sales and marketing strategy that will lead to the development of an ongoing project pipeline
- Build the reputation and awareness of our client within the target sectors of Pharmaceutical, Hospitals and Higher Education sectors.
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of success in building relationships and winning clients in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of contracts and experience in contract negotiations
- Experience delivering successful presentations to both large and small audiences at all levels.
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical and Higher Educational construction projects would be beneficial.
