Main responsibilities

• Manage and deliver consultancy services on budget, to programme and to client expectations
  
• Generate and develop business opportunities
  
• Line manager responsibility for the development of staff
  
• Direct input into the future growth of the company as part of the senior management team.

Skills and Experience required

• Good Engineering / Science Degree and preferably a Chartered Engineer
  
• Significant experience of the nuclear industry, its safety processes, standards and legislation. In particular, developing, producing and delivering safety cases, hazard analysis and developing ALARP arguments
  
• Consultancy experience and knowledge of key clients such as AWE, Sellafield Ltd, British Energy and UKAEA
  
• Proven client management, people management and business development experience Flexible, confident, professional and ready to tackle challenging opportunities.
